Designed and optimized a Shopify e-commerce - Demain Selection
During my internship, I improved the customer journey and brand image by enhancing dynamic filters, the search bar, and visual consistency across the website. These improvements led to over 38,000 filter uses and 12,000 searches, reflecting increased user engagement.
In addition, I designed and implemented multiple marketing automations, including abandoned cart recovery workflows. These automations optimized the conversion funnel and generated measurable results in terms of recovered orders, conversion rate, and revenue, as illustrated by the performance metrics shown alongside.
